Shipping & Returns

All GenAreUS products are printed on demand and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Orders are not stocked in advance — each item is made when you order it. Questions about your order? Email hello@genareus.com.
Processing time
Orders are sent to our fulfillment provider for production after payment is confirmed. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time — the total time from order to delivery is production plus shipping. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major US holidays.
Shipping options and estimates
Shipping times below are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order.
- Standard: 5–7 business days — calculated at checkout.
- Expedited: 3–5 business days — calculated at checkout.
- Overnight: 1–2 business days — calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where we ship
We currently ship to:
- United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii).
- Canada.
We do not ship internationally at this time. Check back — we plan to expand. We also ship to US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands; delivery times may be longer than standard estimates.
Tracking your order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Use that number to track your package directly with the carrier. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of your order, contact hello@genareus.com with your order number.
Carriers
Our fulfillment provider selects the carrier based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We do not guarantee a specific carrier for any order.
Delivery issues
Package not delivered: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and any secure locations on your property first, then contact your carrier directly. If the issue is not resolved within 3 business days, contact us.
Wrong address: If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately. We can correct the address before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it.
Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days, contact us. We will work with our fulfillment provider to investigate and, where applicable, send a replacement.
Customs and duties (Canada)
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by Canadian customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns and exchanges
All GenAreUS products are printed on demand — each item is made specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons within your control, including wrong size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please review sizing carefully before placing your order; size guides are available on each product page.
We stand fully behind the quality of our products. We will send a free replacement for any order that:
- Arrives damaged in transit.
- Has a print defect (fading, misalignment, incorrect design).
- Has a manufacturing defect (torn seam, defective material).
- Contains the wrong item.
We do not require you to return the original item in these cases.
How to request a replacement
Contact us at hello@genareus.com within 7 days of your delivery date. Include your order number, a clear photo of the damaged or defective item, and a brief description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement at no charge within 5–7 business days, with a new tracking number when it ships. We do not issue cash refunds for damaged or defective items — replacement only.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order has likely entered production with our fulfillment provider and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email hello@genareus.com immediately with your order number.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following situations:
- Your order was cancelled within 24 hours.
- We are unable to fulfill your order for any reason on our end.
- A replacement is unavailable for a confirmed defective or damaged item.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We do not issue partial refunds.
Items returned without authorization
Do not ship items back to us without prior written approval. We do not have a warehouse to receive returns. Items sent back without authorization will not be processed and cannot be returned to you.
