Orders & Shipping
How long until my order ships? +
Every piece is made to order, so allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.
What shipping options do you offer? +
Standard takes 5–7 business days, Expedited 3–5 business days, and Overnight 1–2 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Where do you ship? +
We ship across the United States — all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii — and to Canada. We do not currently ship anywhere else.
Will I get tracking? +
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way home.
Are there customs fees for orders to Canada? +
Orders to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees set by Canadian customs. These are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Products & Sizing
How are your products made? +
Everything is printed on demand by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Nothing sits in a warehouse — each piece is made when you order it, which means less waste and fresher prints.
How do I choose the right size? +
Each product page includes sizing details to help you pick. Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size — so please check the size guide before you order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? +
Because every item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or the wrong size. We do stand fully behind our quality: if an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Something is wrong with my order — what do I do? +
Email hello@genareus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll send a free replacement within 5–7 business days, with a new tracking number when it ships.
Can I cancel or change my order? +
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours your order has likely entered production and can’t be cancelled. To cancel, email hello@genareus.com right away with your order number.
Do you offer refunds? +
Refunds are issued only if you cancelled within 24 hours, or if a replacement isn’t available for a confirmed defective or damaged item. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We don’t issue partial refunds.
Heroes & Nominations
Who can I nominate as a hero? +
Anyone who shows up for the people around them — a teacher, a neighbor, a first responder, a volunteer, a parent. No fame or title required. The quiet, everyday good is exactly what we’re looking for.
What happens after I submit a nomination? +
We read every story that comes in. The ones that move us get a little polish and a spot in our Hero Spotlight, so more people get to hear them.
Will you change the story I submit? +
We may tighten it for length and clarity, but we never change the truth of it. Stories are lightly edited with AI assistance and always reviewed by a real person before anything is published.
Does it cost anything to nominate someone? +
No. Nominating a hero is completely free. It’s about recognition, not transactions.
